OVERVIEW DESIGN
Another pre-construction service we provide is value engineering. Value engineering is an evaluation of the project materials and methods to determine if there is a more economic way to save a project that is over budget.
To enhance these services, budget estimates can be provided to determine project costs.
The result of these processes is an intelligent economized project.
PGC also provides on site supervision via superintendent, foreman and if needed project manager. The size of the project will dictate the level of supervision/management. All projects are provided with some level of constant supervision.
